Privacy Policy

Connector for Kenpost is an independent connector. Kenpost account required. Shipping services, rates, delivery, claims, loss, damage, and carrier obligations are handled through the merchant's Kenpost account.

Connector for Kenpost reads recent Shopify orders only so merchants can create labels through their own Kenpost account and write tracking back to Shopify fulfillments.

The app processes recipient and shipping data required for label creation. Kenpost credentials, Shopify access tokens, sender addresses, recipient addresses, and external label URLs are encrypted where persisted. Raw Shopify order payloads are not stored.

The app sends required order, label, shipment, and tracking data to Kenpost using the merchant's own Kenpost credential. It does not use order or customer data for marketing.

The app supports Shopify privacy webhooks for customer data requests, customer redaction, and shop redaction.
